In these capacities, he was instrumental in launching several offerings and propelling them into multimillion-dollar Innovative SaaS solutions.

Beyond his professional endeavors, James has been an influential figure in industry associations. He served as the Region II Vice President for the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and the Region V Vice President for the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE), dedicating his expertise to advance the industry's standards.
